What to Include in your spaces

To support and nurture your Metal at home, make sure that you have both the Earth and Metal Elements:

• Earth – crystals, stone such as granite and slate, earth tones (brown, beige), and ceramics, pottery.
• Metal – metal objects, white and gray in your décor, or fabrics with a silvery sheen to them. Carry or wear these crystals: Herkimer Diamond or Pyrite.

What to Avoid in your spaces

Make sure your home doesn’t have too much Water and Fire, which can drain you and cause conflict:

• Water – water fountain, mirrors, glass, blue and black, and images of bodies of water.
• Fire – lots of candles, reds and oranges in your décor, patterns with pointy shapes, such as zig zags
